Buyer and Seller Add-ons

 

At Veerra we know that you go above and beyond for your clients behind the scenes, so we wanted to make a way where you highlight what you already do plus additional services from connections you know that either can save buyers money or get sellers more for their home. These are the three types of fee structures you can choose from.

Free: Services you already do for your clients on a daily basis that come standard for anyone you work with. You can also include services that cost you money but make your commission an all-inclusive experience for your clients.

Flat Rate: Services that go above and beyond the usual scope of the work you personally do with clients. Flat rate services are likely one time events that vendors charge a one time fee for and you pass onto your clients.

Percentage: Large scale services that usually occur on a repeat basis or scale with the size and cost of the property. You add this on top of your normal base commission rate of the client would like this service.

 

Agents are not obligated to pay Veerra any amount from services provided to clients if a property does not close. Veerra is not responsible for, will not interfere in, and will not be involved in any capacity for agent reimbursements or compensation due from failed transactions. If the agent and client fail to close for any reason, any out-of-pocket expense incurred by an agent that the agent expected to be compensated during escrow is expected to be negotiated between the agent and the client and their respective legal representation.
