How Service Areas Work

The following describes how we define Service Areas when it comes to your sign up process and client searches.

 

Currently, agents are allowed a maximum of 10 (ten) Service Areas. These are city and state combinations that locate where in the country you work (Veerra is currently operates in the US only). Typing the city/state combination allows you to select the appropriate one and add it to your list. If you type a zip code, it will show the city/state associated with that zip code. If you type in a zip code and nothing appears, either you already that city/state in your list, or that zip code does not exist.

A prospect searchs for agents in the same way. They will type the city name or the zip code, and the city/state will be available for selection. If their selection matches any of the ten on your list, you profile will be available given you also work on the same property type and sell/buy/sell & buy that the prospect selected.
