How to Reset Your Password

 

Option 1: You forgot your password

1. Click "Login" → "Forgot Password" (or click here)

2. Enter your email address associated with your account

3. Follow the instructions on email sent to your email address

4. Reset your password

5. Return to the log in page and sign in

 

Option 2: You know your current password

1. Sign In to your account

2. Click your portrait or the arrow, and select "Settings"

3. Click "Change Password"

4. Enter your current password and your new password twice

5. Click "Change Password" button
