Lead Ownership and Continuation

This article discusses what happens to your leads when the status or a team changes.

1. When a Team Member decides to become a Free Agent or is removed from the team, all leads that contacted the former Team Member will remain with the Team. Only agents who are currently on the team will have access to those leads in the Team Dashboard.

2. When a Team Leader disbands the team, all members will become Free Agents all leads will become ownership of the disbanding Team Leader and will be responsible for continuance of all leads. These leads will be visible from the Solo Dashboard at that point.

3. When a Solo Agent becomes a Free Agent, they will retain control of their leads in their Solo Dashboard.

4. When a Free Agent changes their status, all leads will retain in their control even if the Free Agent joins or creates a new team. These leads will remain in the Solo Dashboard.

4. All Free Agents can continue working with your leads as long as you remain licensed to practice.
