Here is how we calculate Statistics in your dashboard.

 

All Time Contacts = (Active Leads + In Agency + In Escrow + Deal Completed + Veerra-fied + Not Interested)
Current Clients = (In Agency + In Escrow + Deal Completed)
Total Sales = # of Veerra-fied Transactions
Conversion Rate =  (In Agency + In Escrow + Deal Completed + Veerra-fied) / (All Time Contacts)
Closing Rate = (Veerra-fied) / (All Time Contacts)
Total Sales Volume = Sum of Sales Price of all Veerra-fied Transactions
