Understanding Agent Roles

 

There are four roles currently available for an agent on Veerra.

1. Free Agent - Also known as an "inactive" agent, is the role where an agent is not on the public marketplace. Home buyers and sellers will not see your profile when searching for agents. As a free agent you may still current with leads and clients previously obtained as long as you remain licensed to practice real estate.
2. Solo Agent - A real estate agent working by yourself. You can set the base commission rate and unique value for yourself. You can also describe your unique value to prospects.
3. Team Leader - The agent in charge of your team. As the team leader you control the base commission rate, add-on services, and unique value of you and all members of your team. Whenever one of your team members gets a lead, you will also get an email letting you know.
4. Team Member - One of the members on your team.
